I know match winners are usually either banned or flat-out illegal to use in official duels, but I’m thinking the hoops one would have to use to win a match with this card AND the built-in time limit would actually balance the card out for it to avert that fate, especially since all the “Forbidden One” pieces needed to get the card out have been limited since forever anyway
